coworkers as a contractor at Microsoft with the Office 365 team.
What I do
From program management to interactive design through development and testing, I frequently have wanted to wear many hats in my career. Although my main passion is Interaction Design, I like to be engaged at every level of the creative process and I am always interested in new ideas and curious about how things work. I believe that in order to make a great project one should have some familiarity with the different disciplines of the process.
Currently I am an Information Architect - Interaction Designer at iLink Systems in Bellevue, Washington. I love turning napkin sketches into compelling usable products, complete with mustard stains of course.
About me
I live in Redmond, Washington enjoying the mountain views, lakes, blueberry fields, and salmon runs. Before relocating to the Pacific Northwest, I spent a few years in the Lone Star State. Over the last 10 years my professional career has been working with small-businesses and large multi-nationals as a direct employee, contractor, and freelance professional.
Outside of the world of computers and design my secondary passion includes music and photography. If I am not attending a J. S. Bach recitial, I can usually be found outdoors, on the road, with camera and tripod in hand sporting a grin from ear to ear.
